Dear North Shore Lodge Guests,
Thank you so much for choosing to spend your 2010 vacation with us! We hope we exceeded your expectations of a great Canadian fishing trip. Along with our staff we enjoyed sharing with you the wonderful scenery and fishing that has made Eagle Lake so popular.
We are committed to not only providing you with great fishing but also top notch service from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. We take great pride in our facility and what we have to offer! Start with our meals; where we choose the freshest produce, best quality meats available, homemade soups, real butter, warm rolls and a tasty dessert. After dinner we provide well groomed grounds for walks or a game of horseshoes. In the lodge we have movies and games by the fireplace. New this year, we have added a 50'' flat screen TV in our bar area to watch all the sports channels. For those of you with a laptop, we have free wireless internet so you can stay in touch with family. We also hope you enjoyed the entertainment provided by our mascot Boomer, the friendliest dog north of the border.
Again this year we were lucky enough to have professional fisherman Spence Petros visit us for a week to provide nightly seminars and share his expertise, at no extra fee to you. Make sure to take advantage of his knowledge and experience a week of very productive fishing! Spence will be joining us again the week of July 9-16, 2011. Sign up early, this week fills up fast!
We had a unique summer this year that moved fishing patterns two weeks ahead of normal for the whole season. Many guests who have come up for years commented that it was the best fishing they have experienced on Eagle Lake! We are very proud of the sustainable fishery at Eagle Lake. We hope to promote fishing practices that will ensure our grandchildren will be able to experience the same quality fishing when they come to visit us!
Again, thank you for choosing us to share your vacation. We hope to see you next year at North Shore Lodge, where we strive to help you leave your stress at the border.
Mark, Brenda and Boomer
