Most bait shops don't have leeches any more. With the early spring leeches were caught in April and there are few left. You can call but I know Rays has been out for weeks. His distributor was warning him the first week of August that they would be running out. I haven't seen the sign up by Grizzly Bob's advertising leeches. He usually sells them by the pound. Time to get back to minnows anyway. Crayfish are starting to die out and smallies were relating to minnows last week already.

Right on the money. Don't think there's a leech to be had within a 50 mile radius. Minnows or crawlers for livebait from here out.

Good luck with those Wal mart leeches. They've been in the same container since April. With the water cooling minnows will be your best bet.
