Considering a trip to Lake Webster the first week of October. Is this a good time for fishing there, in general? Not just musky, but bass, pike, etc?

This time of year can be good or bad depending on the weather, period. If your wanting to try for a muskie I would book a half day at least, with Mike. He will know what the fish are doing he will do his best to get you on fish!
