Hey guys, pretty excited! I recieved my first Master Angler award patch today for my 11.5lb 31.5" Walleye caught in Feb 2010. I recommend sending a pic and a story to In-Fisherman's web site to be recognized. Hopefully my pic will be in an issue with other people and there trophies.

P.S. I gave Moonshine lures a plug as they were the lure I used to land the big girl. It was a Moonshine shiver (med) size in the J.J. Mac Muffin colors.

Awesome fish! They call big smallmouths “footballs,” but it is rare to see a walleye where the name “football” actually makes sense. That is one fat fish. Congrats on the master angler award, and good luck with the recognition. I hope to see you in in-fisherman.
