The water temps on the Chain have dropped down to the mid 60's with all the rain and cool weather we have had. Jumbo perch and walleye are still on fire. Walleye action has been good like most springs in the past couple years but this year feels like we may sustain it longer. Right now the best walleye action for me has been in the 5-16 foot zone. Some fish are right on top of the bars and others are right on the breaks where you want them. Have not been able to hunt musky much yet do to all the walleye trips we have had to do but reports are good from other folks in the area.
