hey steve,

coming up in a few weeks and was wondering about water levels? i may have missed in another post, but didn't know if the lake was up or down or about normal?

also, didn't know if anyone had any thoughts on the mayfly hatch and whether the warm weather, water, and early ice out would cause that to be early too? thanks,

ray

we've had timely rains and water levels are normal.
have seen sporatic light hatches this past week but hasn't affected fishing any.
with the weird very early spring and water temps i can't tell you whats going to happen no one has seen this early a spring and water temps for this time of the season. i'm thinking it won't be a heavy hatch, hoping anyway because water temps are at the temps or past when they hatch,but.....
