Rachel and I fished a total of maybe half an hour yesterday but we did see two and a half fish. One on a flaptail I've been messing with. One on a buzzbait. The third I'm not all together sure what happened. Rachel reeled in her CJ spinnerbait and went to make another cast and the fish took off to the back of the boat. I'm not totally sure it followed or what was going on. We weren't paying attention very good. That's why I said two and a half fish.
The largest one was in the four foot range. The other two were in the forty inch range. We spent Memorial weekend goofing off for the most part. We will get plenty of fishing in the rest of the year so that weekend is more of a hangout with friends time rather than hard fishing. Starting tonight I will be seriously fishing so I'll put up better fishing reports hopefully.
