This has to be some of the best fishing in years on "The rock". The bite has been consistant all week. A little foggy for a while this morning and a little chilly but the fish didn't mind.
Started at 6am and finishied at 10am with 21 walleyes, 6 were keepers, 7 crappies, 27 white bass, 1 small mouth and a cat. Had two big fish come unbottoned at the boat. 1 walleye and the biggest cat I have seen for many years. I would not have wanted that fish in my net. My best guess was 30" plus and a girth of 24".
Keep a tight line!!!
