Only managed one walleye on opening day, a 29 3/4" 9lb 9oz, 8 1/2 miles south of Ford River in 35' of water, fish hit at 24', running a Storm lure don't remember which one for sure, the fish left quite a few gobbies in my livewell. My personal best fish and the only one to celebrate with was my dog, kid went to a baseball game in Detroit.
