fishdam launch

Can I launch a 17ft. deep v at the fishdam instead of running down to Nahma. I know a couple years ago I couldn't due to low water levels.

I kind of doubt it I stopped there 2 weeks ago just to look at the launch and I did not think I could get my 14 ft mirro out with a 6 yamaha on the back. Kayak would be ok though.

Its just as low now...maybe lower.:(

Too bad the DNRE spent 300,000 to dredge the farmers dock launch that 3 guys from stonington might use. I sure wish they would have spent this money somewhere else. Like the fishdam or ford river.
