Water temp dropped a bit, 52-54, not surprising with 4-5in of snowfall and cooler weather in general this past week. Walleyes are scattered, they're not really concentrated shallow or deep but seem to be moving back and forth between those areas. If predicted cooler weather moves in this week I'd bet they'll be hanging... deeper, 10-20ft of water. Use 1/8-1/4oz jigs in deeper water, 1/16oz jigs work well in the shallow, weedy water. Try orange, chatruese, and hot pink jigs tipped with fathead minnows.

Don't know where to score a pile of leeches yet this year... Pete, any ideas?

Yes, best wishes to Derek today, need my fishin partner soon, don't care if he's "the terminator" or not, need the body fishin on Tuesdays... Come up and fill in for a couple weeks Sid?

Matt:

Thanks for my archival fix!!! Was going to try to call Sunday night, but prime time walleyes were calling.

Matt - You know I'll be there on Tuesday, 06/15 and Tuesday 06/22 if you need a fill-in for "The Terminator". I'd be more than happy to help out (and learn a thing or two in the process!). t-minus 29 days! (Sorry Sid)

Matt:

I am actually glad that Jeremy jumped on that chance, though I was going to offer to substitute for the league, any team including yours for Derek. I am not sure, but think that might be one of the nights I have off this summer and if I do and the FW allows me to do it, I would love to come over and give that chain a try!!!
