This was our first time for out for 2010 and the first time ever on Kinkaid, We fished til our spines were bleeding. Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th. Fished with good friend and guide Scott Donovan, and we had an absolute blast. While all we heard was no one catching or seeing anything we experienced the opposite. Friday we boated 2 fish, my first fish of the year and personal best, a fat 44'' and later I got a nice little 34''. We had 2 others eat but lost them. Saturday we had a few follows and Scott nailed a really fat 43 1/2. All in all a awesome first experience on Kinkaid and many many thanks to Scott for beating the hell out of us and a really great time..

Thats awesome, but the tough fishing is back! Scott fished all day yesterday and never saw a fish. We moved four yesterday but couldn't get any to eat, and today we never saw a fish!!

Anywhere from 49 to upper 50's in the backs of some of the coves. If they haven't started spawning yet, which they may have, they will be SOON!
