Does anyone know if or where I could rent a boat locally for the IMTT on spring lake this Sat.?

None that I actually know of John. They have boat rental on South Spring Lake from what I gather, but that is seasonal and likely closed now.
I'd give a call to Peoria area bait shops, and ask them if they know of a place to rent a boat for the day. Here's one such place to try, good luck to you.
