At 9:30 today "Pete" is at 4" below normal pool and "The Rock" is 6" above. The dam at Nekoosa has one gate open only slightly so there is not much current flow. I did not make it up this weekend because of other commitments however one of my best friends was out on Saturday afternoon for about 2 1/2 hours and had 3 keepers, 2 in the upper range in the slot and 15 or so "shorties". The water temperature was 40 and he said two of the males were milking. Next weekend should be a hot bite.
