friends were there for the weekend. 2 fish caught . water was 37 up to 40 in bays late in day. but 1/4 inch of ice til around 9:30 both mornings. And breaking it to launch boat.
Two of us going down wednesday til Fri. I'll post report on Sat or Sun.

When you say there was ice when launching, where were they launching? Main lake or Johnson's Creek? Thanks for the reply, I am heading down for the weekend as well. Good luck!

main lake, but I'm not planning on any ice problems by Thurs cause of the warming trend. Don't worry, just fish ! Good luck Too!

The ice was no problem on saturday my first fish of the was caught along the edge of the ice that was blocking the nowake area on the west end of the lake
