How much does my fish weigh

I just got back from a trip to the Lake of the Woods. Along with many walleye and sauger I caught a 42 inch Northern with a 18 in girth. I did not have a scale to weigh it, but I got several different estimates from several different people. Even on the internet I get estimates from 15 to 25 pounds when using different formulas.
Is there anyone out there that fishes Northern or Musky that can give me a ball park weight that I can brag about. Thanks in advance.
