Well, I hope the date works for most of you. The weekend of the 17th had the most votes from the earlier posts.

Just to be sure that your commitments are still solid, please post your name and the number of guys you can comfortably fish in your boat. (I realize that July is 6 months from now but I am just trying to get a starting point in which to begin planning.)

Thanks!

I'd say I'm about 95% sure, sometimes they throw a summer shutdown at us at work. They couldn't lead a girl scout troop in a sing along so planning that far out ahead is a crap shoot.:)

I like to sign up for one guy so I can still bring Jacob along for him to get an education on how important it is to do these kind of things.

JT,

When the date draws closer, we can talk about how and where to go. You just might enjoy this new body of water and make a few trips up there on your own. Since you do not know the lake, we can assign you to follow us (or someone else) around to the usual spots.

Thanks for volunteering!

Hey Coach, I may have missed it in an earlier post, but are the Vets going to have to buy a one day license for the event? I will be at the lodge in AK but some of my friends from the service were wondering? I didn't know if you sweet talked the NY fish and game or not. Happy New Year to you and the Family. As always Quan!

Count me in. I will have room for 2. (the lake is unrestricted horsepower right?)

Unrestricted HP on the whole lake......

As for licensing, there will have to be a license purchased but we may luck out and get enough donations to help those costs. This is going to be quite a task trying coordinate this thing with guys from 3 different state volunteering their time and resources. It is hard to predict how much support and help we will get for this event.

All we can do is our best.

since I can't provide a boat for that weekend, I'd like to sponsor some boats if possible to show my appreciation first and foremost to the folks that protect my freedom, and to the great fishermen on this forum that are making this happen.

I'd like to contribute some gas/bait/food/beverage money to the captains if that's legal. Email me at gsobeski@itxm.org and we'll work out a way for me to make my donation to you for the event. I'll take the first couple responders. You guys are all class acts.

I'm in. I have room for 1; or 2 if we're trolling. I don't know anyone, but I'd be more than happy to donate a day, my equipment and myself. I own a pizza shop that can donate soda and cold subs. Let me know if this would help.

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks gentlemen, we will take all the help we can get. If the boats will show up, the fishing tactics/locations will be the easy part. The ultimate goal is for all boats to put fish in the net and have a fun day doing it.
