Saddle lake

As a kid, now 64, spent a lot of time on Little Siss. There was a lake we went to, a hike in the woods, to the north of little siss, maybe private property, no road access, at least what I can remember. As you go down the county road to Little Siss, the first turnoff road to the right is the property where we stayed. The last time I took that road, there was still a sign for Schapers. I believe there was an old resort just up the road, I have heard you can launch your boat from there, the son in the family may still be there. Any help appreciated.
