Just wondered how you guys like to rig your tipups and your deadstick? Plain single or treble hook or some sort of lure?

I fish walleye in the EUP and only ever catch em jigging...never on tipups.

You guys have a great website here....great info. Thanks

usually use a treble, size 10, tipped with a 2 inch shinner, sometimes i put a crawler harness blade foot above the hook, choose the color that works best for you. they make a bobber called ice buster i think that is long and skinny so less feel for the fish, works great. or in the shack i use a rattle reel with no bobber, it just rattles when it spins so fish can take as much line as it wants.

I think maybe I've used too big of a hook. Maybe that will help. With that third line now.....I'll hope to produce more with a tipup.
