Hey guys fished Sunday morning from 7am till 11:30 landed one walleye 18.5" and full of 6 minnows and one 3 inch goby, yet she still tried to eat a 800 ripstick. Also hooked a big bass but lost her as she flipped and jumped while I tried to get the inside line outta the way. I switched to crawlers and had 3 more hits and lost all three... All fish were hooked on the east bank north of kipling. Also had another good experience with a C.O. he had all kinds of questions for me almost like talking to my 5 year old... Then he asked if he could take a fin sample from my fish to which I didnt object. He looked her over and gave her back and I was on my way... good thing he didnt ask for my license cus I forgot my wallet on the dresser at home. All in all it was a beautiful morning for fishing cant believe the weather was so mild.
Hopefully mother nature will continue to cooperate till an early ice up.
