Hello, some of you might recall my posting from June about overabundance of weeds on Jersey Flowage. I received an email a few weeks back from the DNR asking where I saw the weeds as there were going to send someone out to check the lake for Eurasian milfoil because someone brought them a sample they said they found on the lake. Well, it turns out it is in there in some areas. They indicated someone is going to try to start a lake association to try to manage it on Jersey as well as the lakes that flow into and out of it. Just an FYI, lets hope they succeed in keeping it in check.
