Fishing Report for September 14

Saturday night, guided out on the Chip out of Treelands resort. Client had one go around on a figure 8 on a cowgirl but it never bit, was a low to mid 30 inch fish. Sunday morning, didn't fish, picked up two lab puppies for us, then went back out on the chip in the Evening, saw 4 total, two were short fish on Rabid Squirrels and one pushed a wake on a hawg wobbler, then I got on on a Cowgirl that was about 38 inches. I caught this same fish on the same bait on the same spop at the end of August, it must be really dumb if I can catch it twice!!! All the fish were on shallow weeds.

Two lab puppies? Oh man, sounds like a recipe for chaos.

I trolled for 3 hours on sunday and got a 45" on a spinnerbait. Took my mom out on saturday and she caught a 30". Those were the only muskies seen or caught in 15 hours of fishing.
