How has business been in the area

Just wondering how the various businesses fared up there this summer. We come to the TFF in June every year. When I left this year I was a little worried for the various resorts and small business that we rely on (and they on us) every year. I don't want to provoke the whole "hope and change" thing - just some feedback from the locals.
