Water Temps/Safe to fish?

Anybody,

I know it usually gets unsafe to fish here in Madison this time of year due to high water temps, but given the weather we've had and from what I heard a while back, I'm wondering if it's still okay. Can anyone confirm recent water temps?

Water temps were 71-74 on monona yesterday.
