I had Bill Gardner out with his buddy Jerry for a half day in the morning. If any of you have read Time on the Water, Bill is the author of that book. Great read for anyone into muskie fishing. I had one follow and one on that seemed rather big but it was attached to my leader from the looks of the leader. A couple big headshakes and gone. Bill had one boil on his bait and then it went after Jerry's bait the next cast. That was a real nice fish. Looked to be upper forty inch for sure. That was the extent of the morning.
Rachel and I went out for a few hours in the evening and she boated a 37 incher and I had what I think is the same four footer from a week ago and the week before that. I'm going to catch that fish if it's the last thing I do.
