Did a dive on Monona late yesterday afternoon in 50 FOW. First 10 FOW was heavy algae, not quite as thick down to the thermocline, and much better below it. Very dark on the bottom, with no flashlight you couldn't see anything. Was diving on a fiberglass boat that had caught fire and sunk back in 2001. Tried to find it with my old 3D sonar when it happened and failed, started searching with the side scan and found it pretty quickly, about a week ago. Rick
