Hello, everybody I need a little help. We just got a Lowrance 522 and was wondering how to go about getting a detailed map for the Chip and Eagle lake, never been around a gps unit before or used one before so if some one could point us in the right direction it would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll have to buy a Lakemaster Chip or Navionics Chip. The are usually around $100. I bought the Lakemaster Chip for the Chip and it is really nice.

Thanks for the info, where would be the best place to find one, online or in a store? There are not much for stores around Lafayette, In so if there is a good online store to order one I would be up for that. Thanks.

Cabela's or any other decent fishing store should have them.

If you are looking for a muskie shop, Thorne Brothers has them. Rollies probably does also.,

Thanks for the info guys, I don't know why I didn't think of Thorne Brothers or Rollie and Helens, but we ordered a lakemaster from cabelas for the Chip.

Is the Chip on the Lakemaster WI chip .'09??? If it were then I know Rollie and Helen's would have had it. They usually try to keep one or two of those behind the counter.
