I'm hearing / reading all kinds of different reports regarding the water levels. Rumor was early spring that Nokomis was not going to be dropped that low again for at least 2 years, but I'm hearing that the water level is already dropping. From what I was told, a petition was sent to the WVIC & an agreement was made not to let the water drop like last year.
Can anyone tell me what the plan is & if the petition did any good? I would hate to see Nokomis down so low again. It was sad sight last year & the WVIC could care less, it’s not just about the money with them, it’s ONLY about the money.
