Default Outdoor Report

I was out this weekend shed hunting. Snow is still deep in the woods. We did see some deer but did not find any sheds. It will probably be a couple of weeks before you can really get around. We did find a lot of good sign and this information will be good for next fall. I spoke to a few crappie anglers who said fishing was a little slow but it was great being out.The DNR will be issuing additional turkey permits shortly.Zone 7 which is east and north of Park Falls does not have additional permits and zone 6 which is west and north of Park Falls only has 66 of the third week.
Good Luck!
Joe
