Last week
I had two trips on "The Rock" last week with mixed results after the storms on Wednesday. Thursday was slow at the start but picked up later in the morning. Lot of white bass. some nice crappie, two keeper walleye, one in the slot, one pike and some cat. Fridat was slower than Thursday. Maybe only a dozen white bass a few "shorties", one keeper and a couple cat. Saturday went out on "Pete". Two keepers, 10 "shorties, 5 crappie and a ton of cat. A few sheephead and a carp also liked the baits we had in the water.
The cat are biting like crazy all over. Keep a tight line!!! Jerry

Hey Jerry thank you for your great reports. My question is how are you pullng your crankbaits? Three-ways,bottom bouncers,flatlining or leadcore. We'll be fishing Castle Rock next weekend and I was wondering if the crankbait bite was still on. Thanks again, Bumhip
