Steve and Jolene from Burlington, Wi booked a catch and release trip on "Pete" for today. It was a brisk start to the morning with temps in the upper 30's to low 40's. Water temps stayed in the mid 60's throughout the day. There was a little fog clinging to the water surface, but you could still see to navigate safely. We started off jigging on the buoy line with minnows and crawlers and boated some "shorties". Moved north and trolled Flicker Shads, Shad Raps, and Hornets in 8-12 feet of water and finished the day with 6 "keepers", 24 "shorties", 2 crappies, 2 sheephead, and 3 cat.
Will post photo later today.
