The walleye bite had been good, but has tapered off the past 3 days. Fish were being caught the first hour after sunrise and again starting at 3:30 pm until after dark on tip-ups with shiners in 3-6 fow near wood and rocks. Some daytime walleyes have been taken in about 10 fow. There are reports of some nice jumbo perch being taken jigging with minnows.
