Planning on going ice fishing for the first time since i was a kid. Love fishing during the summer and wanna try getting into it for winter also. Wondering if i could get some hints or help on good ways to catch fish (lures, hot spots, equipment). any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Default Required Ice Fishing Items

We have most of the items on your list, but the one item we are adding this week-end is a TV set-up with dish network. Gotta watch the Packers Sat. PM.

I'd put beer higher on that priority list instead of it being an add-on at the end !!!!!

Cool She can't complain about the cost!!!

Don't ever let your wife, girlfriend , fiance or significant other complain about the cost of ice fishing. If they do, try this out....

Example. You come home with only 1-fish, but it's that fish of a life time and weighs 10 lbs. and 31.5 "
Once you do the math , that's only $4,698.96 per pound .... plus, you've treated her to a nice meal. After dinner , politely tell her she was eating fishsticks and it's gonna cost her another $265.00 cuz your gonna have it mounted to hang some more " ART " on the walls.
Let me know how it goes !!!

haha nice, I've been told that any new "Art" that i catch or shoot must be moved to the basement. I've been told that its not normal to have 3 deer, a bear, an antelope, 2 walleye, a pike, a wood duck and a turkey in your living room. I just responded who wants to marry normal, didnt go as well i would have thought
