Default Fishing Report for June 21

Sorry about not posting any reports lately!

Been guiding out on the Chip the last number of days, last week we client got a 44 incher on a Rabid Squirrel Tail on the West side on main lake weeds, had about 4 other fish up, some looked like they might have eaten on a figure 8, but didn't get any hooked up.

Filmed the last three days on the Chip for my new DVD on Musky fishing flowages. First day got a 45 1/2 and lost one about the same size on a suick in real shallow slop weeds. the second day, my friend mike got a 44 incher on a small Rabid Squirrel tail in again shallow slop bay. and today we finally had weather move in and had another mid 40 inch fish stuck on a figure 8 but it wasn't hooked well and we ended up loosing it, got all of it on film, water temps are rising and in the low 70's now.

    Good luck,

Oh crap! Did you film some fool pulling out of James slough with his anchor dangling in the water?

I thought you were waving hi… Nah, no damage, we just got wet, the anchor was right at the surface. It wasn’t the first time, won’t be the last… lol

By the way, I sure wish you were still making those rabid squirrel tales! I had a nice musky trash my last good colorado bladed one that same day.
