bluegills on beds yet

just wanted to know if the gills are on there beds yet and if anyone has been out to the mine ponds or genes pond. any info would help thanks

We had the kids up to Dana lake on 13 yesterday and saw a few males on their beds. But the kids were catching them next to the weeds away from the beds. Also hooked a few smaller large mouths 6 total on firetiger floatin raps. Kids had fun and so did we till we got rained on... Then we retreated to the cottage and watched the kids do a talent show for us what a bunch of hams...

Good luck Ive heard the ponds been a busy place lately may want to try the mine ponds too if genes is a parking lot...

was at genes pond all day yesterday caught about 30 bass only 4 keepers though, seemed to like to firetiger floaters also, even had about 10 sunfish go after these firetigers.
