    Default Where is Musky Hunter?

The first episode of the season was suppose to be last week but my DVR did not record it. I cannot find it on my program guide (Dish Network) either.

Did anyone manage to see it or record it last Saturday??

    Red,

I have Comcast and am having the same issues!! Its nowhere to be found on my channel lists. Looks like I'm stuck with just The Next Bite for my Musky fix this Winter. I thought I remember something on another site mentioning that Musky Hunter was listed as "Paid Programming" on their channel guide.

Yep, you are right. I looked for a 'paid programming' listing on Saturday nite and had no luck. I might email Saric directly to see if he can offer any help. MHM site has a thread on there now about this issue too.

Muskyhunter TV is still on WFN. I don't know if what I recorded on Saturday morning was part of their new season. I just got a DVR through Verizon so I only have six shows recorded.

It sounds like you have the original 'new' episodes recorded and then a few re-runs as well.

I am not sure how familiar you are with the DVR but when you set your recording timer, select "new episodes" unless you want replicas of every show you record.

My Musky Hunter timer is set on WFN but no 2010 episodes yet.

Let me know if you find anything out. I am pretty pissed that I got the last 2 seasons and then all of a sudden I get nothing!! Especially for the price I pay for cable every damn month!! LOL Even when I use the "Title" search function, I see NOTHING, so its not like I can "upgrade". These damn fish just torture me on every level. LMAO

I have Armstrong cable. I got the show the last two years on the Sportsman Channel. It looks like the Sportsman Channel is not running The Musky Hunter this year. As mentioned earlier WFN has it and so does Fox Sports, but I think Fox sports in MN, WI, etc has different programming that our Fox Sports around here. The way I see it, if you don't have WFN, you won't get it.

This might help, especially the last post. (It is ok to post a Musky Hunter site link on here because they are affiliated with the Outdoor Network also.)

I have watched and taped them all this year on Fox Sports North! It is on channel 436 which is Dishnetwork. I had to subscribe to the Fox sports package for something like $4.95 a month! Saturday mornings I watch Joe Bucher at 8 am, then The Musky Hunter at 830, and Keyes Outdoors at 9! John Gillespies woods and waters is on at 10 30! (I'm surprised you guys up North can't hear John screamin with Pete Maina from clear down here in Perryopolis...LOL) Hope this helps!!

I did not see Musky Hunter TV on my program guide with Dish Network but I set my timer for the correct time slot. I have heard via MH message board that even though MHTV is not listed, as long as you have the timer set for the right slot you will still get the right show. We will see on Saturday.

It appears to me that Musky Hunter is not carried on Dish TV here in the East. The time slot has been showing The Kayak Fly Fishing Show on WFN.

Is anyone able to watch it via Dish TV here in the East??

They moved them around SLIGHTLY but I still watch MH, Keyes,Joe Bucher, and John Gillespie every Saturday morning on DISHNETWORKS FOX SPORTS NORTH CHANNEL 436! My DVR also tapes it again during the week on DISHNETWORKS CSNCH CHANNEL 429! THESE ARE ALL PART OF THE FOX SPORTS PACKAGE! Like I stated above, you MUST have the fox sports package to get these channels!!!!!

Thanks, Brian. I had seen your previous post but there are guys who have found the show on WFN with Dish Network and I am still puzzeld as to why it is different here in the East. I guess that is just the way it is for this year's show.

    Default Musky Hunter TV

I'll be watching a new episode of Musky Hunter this morning at 9:30 on WFN through Verizon, not Dish
