I have recieved a lot of calls regarding the coast guard class offered to recieve OUPV license. The guy to contact is Gary Kulibert. He was my teacher and he is really good. I am pretty sure he is offering another class soon in St. Paul and I think he offers classes accross WI too. His class is name and number is: Explorer’s Guide Maritime Training
