Escanaba River

A friend of mine hooked me up with a nice pair of waders tonight so i had to try them out.Went down to the esky river to see if there was any action. Fished 2 hours without a bite.As the sun was seting a fog rolled up the river and it became bitter cold. I was packing it up for the night and had to get in one last cast.

That is one nice looking fish.

well i got me some more salmon tonight..Yum yum 34.5" weighing in at 15 pounds after I sqeezed her eggs into da river. My personal record in weight and length for a fish. Caught a few others but this one is the biggest!!

Just in case your wondering out there they were all caught,Lure in mouth. I was fishing the same spot for 3 hours and they didnt hit till the last hour of light.Good luck out there.
