Clearfork Tournament results

[Roughneck]

The 2009 John Fisher tournament is in the books and Clearfork was tough again. The 30-40 mph wind on Saturday didn't help either.

1st - Mark Steinert, 36.5" and 30"
2nd - Ron Murdock, 36.75"

Only 3 legal fish were caught on Sunday, none on Saturday.
42 people signed up, including 2 youths.
Johnny Smith served Bean soup and cornbread at 1 pm on Saturday.
The Minnow fund 50/50 raffle raised $80.
I wasn't able to fish the tournament due to work so I don't have any details on the lures used to catch the 3 legals. I believe they were all caught trolling.

Congrats Mark! Wish I could have made it but I had motor problems. Picked up a new one over the weekend so I'm back on the water.

Thanks cliff,I owe it to my wife. She had severe flu problems all weekend and still is not back to work. I told her saturday night that we should return home but she insisted that we stay and fish sunday also. She was perfect when i needed her.
