    Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bay Area is hosting the 4th annual Jig It Ice Fishing Extravaganza at a new time and location. This years derby will take place on Saturday, January 31st 2009 off of Kipling. Cost is $25 per hole if you register before January 16th - $30 after that. Top prize is $5000 cash!     In addition to the big contest, there will be a "kids fishing coop" available for those kids who want to give icefishing a try and compete in a separate contest for a much smaller fee.

    any info on winner of the jig it, what size fish and how many were caught

    8 or 9 perch were caught when i left close to the end.

    deepest hole i heard of was 7 feet ?

    though my opinion best jig it yet, tournament is improving

    I guess it is worth a try. After all it's for a worthy cause and BBBS offers great prizes to winning participants.
