    Default Coming to little bay 2/19 thru 2-22

    What can I expect to possibly be biting at this time, first time up ice fishing and want to be as prepared as possible, we fish the bay every june and have always done well on perch and walleye, thanks for any help.

    Probably will catch some jumbo perch, walleye, maybe a few pike, if your lucky a whitefish or two.

    wax worms or small white jigs always works for me

    I've heard that jigging with an airplane jig nails the whitefish. I've always used waxworms though. Try fishing out behind the Terrace Bay Inn. I don't know the ice conditions so be careful. Check with Chris at the bay veiw bait shop before you go out.

    bring some jigging raps and stop at baysore bait or bayview bait and ask what the reports are or check on here for the best reports
