    Default webster boat ramp

    Can anyone tell me if the ramps are open or are they froze over? Thanks for any info.

    it was completely locked up Sunday, open Monday and open today.

    Depends on the day and how cold it gets during the evening.

    Sunday it was definately LOCKED up, couldn't break it, same with most of the other ramps.
