Fishing Report

Walleye and northern pike action has slowed the past two weeks. The crappie action should begin to pick up as the day get longer and the weather warms. I will keep you informed on ice conditions and fish activity as we get into spring. The game fishing season is closing on the inland lakes but you can fish lake superior for a number of fish species. Ice conditions are good through th islands but be cautious by current areas. I am going there today and will let you know about the conditions.

Sounds like a winter time fishing report. They will get active soon, until then sounds like the bigger meal opportunities are what they will strike.
