Memorial Weekend Fishing

We hunted walleye on Saturday (under pretty normal river levels for a change) and could only net 1 but she was a nice eye in the 6 pound range. We caught a dozen bass and a trophy sucker on artificial lures.

I went to Chautauqua on Sunday to musky fish with my buddy/guide Andy. We rose 5 muskies and netted 1 in the 37 inch range. The largest fish we saw was in the 42-44 inch range and checked out Andy's Leo. We quit at 12:30 just as the lake got crazy.

Friday and Monday were dedicated to home improvement projects. Fun, Fun.

We spent Saturday to Monday up on Chautauqua. Lots of muskie boats out and about. I did see Andy's boat cruising from spot to spot on Sunday.
