Allegheny and Yough trout Management Changes

Will be interesting to see the results of this. The Allegheny is very much influenced by weather and the Army Corp which some years seems to limit trout survival. I like the idea of stocking larger "fingerlings". For the past few years the fingerlings they have stocked in June seemed to "disappear".
