Lake Geneva and Delavan Fishing Reports
7/5/15 Delavan Lake, sunny, 75 degrees, no wind, water temp 73 degrees. Caught 3 walleyes, 6 largemouth bass 3 northern pike. The best location was Viewcrest to Willow Point in 12 ft of water. We were split shot rigging leeches/nightcrawlers and dragging large lindy rigged suckers that caught the most fish.
7/4/15 Lake Geneva, sunny, 80 degrees, SW, water temp 71 degrees. Caught 15 largemouth bass, 6 smallmouth bass and a bunch of pan fish. Caught a lot of fish by Knollwood to Belvidere and by the Military Academy. The best depth was 12-15 ft of water.
7/3/15 Lake Geneva, sunny, 75 degrees, no wind, water temp 71 degrees. Caught 6 largemouth bass, 4 smallmouth bass and a bunch of pan fish. Caught a lot of fish by Ceder Point to Belvedere. The best depth was 12-15 ft of water.
7/2/15 Lake Geneva, sunny, 70 degrees, winds NE at 5 mph, water temp 71 degrees. Caught 18 largemouth bass and a whole bunch of pan fish. . All fish were caught on split shot rigged night crawlers and 12-13 ft of water.
6/30/15 Lake Delavan, sunny, 55 degrees, E wind at 5-10 mph, water temp 70 degrees. Caught 10 largemouth bass, 3 smallmouth bass and a bunch of pan fish. Caught most of the fish in Cisco Bay to Cedar Pt. in 10-12 ft of water. Berkely purple power worms and split shot rigged night crawlers were the most effective.
