Sept 27th - Good Fishing Day
Water temp were 72-75. We started musky fishing and moved two fish. They did not seem overly aggressive. We switched to bass and crappie crank baits and landed over 25 bass and 15 crappie. Bass were all along grassy shorelines, size was in the 12-17 inch range. Had a big bass follow to the boat, probably 4+ lbs. He wouldn't bite in the figure 8 though! Crappie were near sticks, but near the shore. Crappie didn't start biting until the afternoon (3-5). Water was very clear.
All fish were off of smaller cranks.
Hope this report helps.
