It looks like they are struggling to keep the lake below full pool. They've jacked up the discharge rate by 2,000 cfs in the last two days and only stayed even at less than two inches from 1313. Discharge level now above 5400 cfs. That's a gusher.

The rain pushed it to within about an inch of full pool and it rose an inch in the last day.
