Well, I don't know how it's been on Oak Island, but northern Illinois has had a very mild winter so far, to say the least. Has LOTW had normal snow? What are the guesses of this summer's water levels? Obviously, the spring rains will play a part in everything, but I wonder about the run-off of snow. Without getting TOO low, I like the low water years. The muskies seem to be a little more predictable. It almost seems to funnel them into tighter areas/holes. As a club, our better years have been during the lower water levels. Any thoughts?
