The King Salmon are really going on the bite now. I talked to a freind out fishing right now and he had 18 in the bucket and missed 6. So if you haven't made your reservations yet now is the time.
Been walleye fishing the last few days and doing real well even with the wind and cold front problem. Nice eating size fish ranging from 2-5lbs. and alot of fun to catch.
Bass are on there beds around Sturgeon Bay and the fish up north are starting to bed up pretty good also. Some of the fish around Sturgeon Bay are done already but are playing hard to get. They will put the feed bag on pretty soon though.
Water temps in bay are any where from 58- to plus 60 depending where you are at. The open bay was 58 degrees yesterday. Lake Michigan is low 50's.
